Shipping Information

We take pride in ensuring your wine arrives to you impeccably so you can drink til the last sip! Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days for shipment. Once shipped, you will be emailed tracking information so you know exactly when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that since we are shipping you an alcoholic product, delivery will require someone at least 21 years of age to sign for the package. All items are shipped securely via GLS. 

At this time, we are only shipping within the state of California. Please check back with us in the future for other states.

Our customers are valuable to us and we want you to have the best shopping experience. If your order arrives damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right. All sales are final; no returns.

Q. Where can I purchase your products?

A. Our online store is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for you to shop until you drop.  However, should you want to grab a bottle or two in person, head on over to Uncorked in Hermosa Beach  

Q. Does anyone have to be home to sign for my order?

A. Yes and since we are shipping an alcoholic product, the person accepting the order must be at least 21 years of age.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?

A. Yes, we have to charge state sales tax by law.

Q. Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

A. As of now, we don't ship overseas. Please check back with us in the future. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Q.What are the shipping fees?

A. Shipping fees are included with the price.

Q. My order arrived damaged. What do I do? 

A.  Please contact us as soon as possible to report damages. We will take care of you.
